My fishing partner and I had a slow morning at Weston SW Lake.  On the water at 7AM but top-water bite non-existent. Perhaps too early in season..  Air temp65 degrees, water 68 degrees, wind 10-20mph, bluebird skies.  Excellent conditions but only caught 4 dinks (less than 14 inches) and a crappie, and one 2.8 bass.  Horny toads, worms, spinner baits and chatter baits.  Will wait until it warms up before returning.
