After a cold front on a very windy afternoon at 9G, the fearsome foursome of Richard Tedder, Gary Guinn, Harlan Ray, and Larry Ellis braved the elements to harvest 27 bass under 14 and 22 crappie.  Swim baits, cranks, and lizzards were the baits utilized.  Water level was high and pretty clear.  Gary Guinn (Bum 2) won the 42 daily championship.

Hi Richard, was there a portion of the lake where you did better, or was it consistent everywhere?

Thanks, Marty.

BTW, I fished the afternoon of Monday 4/22.  Also SUPER windy, but out of the south.  I managed about 10 bass fishing from 3:00 until 7:30.  Biggest at 3 lbs.  Could not find a pattern.  A few on Rattletrap, a few on shallow crank, and a few on PopR before sundown.  Not a single bite on plastics.  And I didn’t catch any Crappie either.
