I once assumed that the lake would be over fished since it is so convenient to Dallas. Not so. My wife and I fish it regularly; always with sucess. Fished it evening of 5-7 and caught over 20. No need to follow the new rule of keeping all under 16 inches. There were none.
I lost a HUGE one.
We don’t have a boat and have this success from fishing the banks.
