Just finished a Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning trip to Melody Acres with a night in the lake cabin.  Took my wife for her birthday and she “ested” me on all three levels.  Firstest, biggest, and mostest.  Only downside…she lost a big bass at the boat.  It would have easily topped 8lbs.  We caught large crappie and bream.  Nice cabin and friendly folks on the property.  We are planning to return.

Caught most of the bass on a plastic frog, the rest on crappie jigs.
