Great afternoon yesterday at 9G. The wind was not bad, and it was moving parallel with the dam. We fish the dam length 4-5 times and caught fish each pass. They wanted the cheap-o H&H chartreuse spinner bait with silver blades of a medium size. They did not want the big booyah spinners. The spinners work great near the dam because they can stay above the grass. We did catch a couple on top waters late but the spinnerbait was the trick for the day.
My guest had a blast, and we harvested 11 bass, 2 crappie (one slab), and caught 4 bigger bass, one that was over 4 lbs.
