Amy and I fished briefly saturday night, Sunday after the storm blew through, and til 0800 Monday before heading back to Dallas. Caught around 30 14” and under, as well as a 2.6, a 3.0, and a 7.7 pound monster. Also lost what looked to be around a 4 at the boat. Chrome baby spooks, Texas rigged senkos, frogs (white better than green), and c-rigged watermelon red and watermelon seed. Absolutely nothing on buzz baits. Many fewer fish on structure than previous trips out there, but the exception was the 7 pounder (which was tight on the stump at the entrance to the shallow end of the lake).

The cabin was great as always. Really fun trip.
