Fingerling
My brother and I decided to repay our 85 year old Grandmother for all the fishing trips she took use on when we where very young. My grandmother fished Friday June 21st evening until the sun went down and was back at it at 7 am Saturday morning.
My brother and I really did not do any bass fishing because this trip was all about making sure my grandmother had the time of here life and she did. She caught to many blue gill to count. she caught them large and small.
Upon our departure on Sunday afternoon my Grandmother said “now I’m ready to catch some really big blue gill”. and I replied back to her ” when your ready I would have to take her to one of the properties that had large copper nose blue gill that really puts up a fight.
The cabin was really nice as always and the land owner was very nice and helpful as always. I was very surprised to see the water level was low. All the piers are out of the water and I did not know this lake had so much cover in it.
Very nice weekend with my brother and Grandmother.
