Had another very good day on this lake. We caught 30 or so very small bass on topwaters, crankbaits, and spinner baits. The small ones appeared to be schooling in the middle of the lake. It was calm for almost the whole morning, and the big ones were no where to be found, but when the wind got going about mid-day, the bigger fish started up. We caught several 2-4 pound fish and 3 over 5. A few nice crappie as well. They are definitely in a summer pattern in the deeper water. Most of the good fish caught on spinnerbaits and small shallow running crankbaits. The moss is getting pretty thick. Water was pretty muddy on the creek end of the lake. Cleared somewhat by the end of the day.
