I took a guest fishing on 7/8. The temp outside was mid 90’s and water temp was 82 degrees. We caught 9 total all under 1 1/2 lbs. We caught them on green lizards, Senko’s and one on a crank bait. We threw just about everything we had. The bass that were caught were healthy but not too aggressive.
The water level is about 6-7 ft down and clarity was 2-3 ft. . There are pockets where depts reach 12 ft. As the property description reads the deepest areas are on the edges of the lake.
The pontoon boat is nice and makes it great for a few people fishing out of each others way.
There were quite a few gar swimming around and I’m not sure what that does to the bass population and I’ve read mixed results.
Overall good property. I will probably wait until we get some more rain and the lake fills up some.
