Nice cool weather for July , but the bite was a bit slow.  Group of 4 harvested 20 and got another 8 right at the slot limit.  Most bass caught on flukes & red/purple worms.  No luck with swimbaits.  On the bright side, finally caught my HAWG this trip…. apx 1 lb bluegill.  Went after a rattletrap in deep water.  He was about as wide as he was round. We landed about 6 panfish.

Great property & cabin, a nice camping experience.  I’ll be back.
