My son and I got on the water around 10:00. Nice air temp with a pretty good breeze. Went about two hours with only one hit ! Then it started. All afternoon we had pretty good activity. My son caught a seven pounder and a three and a half. All on plastics. Over all, we boated around eighteen fish, with most in very healthy condition. I got some bone crushing hits, and can only wonder how big they were. Water was a bit low so launching the boat was a little challenging. We’ll go back again, but I am a little concerned about the low water this early in the year.
