Fished half day afternoon yesterday and fought the 30-40 mph winds the entire time. Impossible to settle into one area, including the back side near the trees. It was too shallow as the lake looked about 4-5 feet down. Had several hits early on but no luck. Gave up about 4:30pm….had enough of the wind. The boat was fine although the positive cable for the motor needs to be sodered. I was able to tape it together for the day.
