Fished this property on the afternoon of Feb 28th. The property is probably 20% of its former size. All the standing timber is on dry land. I did manage to catch 5 all on the MJ rig ( weighted senko with a spinner blade on the tapered end) but all were under 14”. Water temp was 55 and it was fairly windy. Nothing else caught anything. Water was stained and sky’s were clear.

hey Bill, have you, or anybody been back to Elm Creek this year to see if it’s picked up any water? Has anybody fished it lately?
