We were only able to fish on Saturday due to weather.  Ended up with 15 before lunch.  Fished after lunch, then again before dark (pretty much on the water all day).  Totaled 40 bass with all but one outside the harvest length.  It took all day of mostly soft plastics after the front passed but took home plenty of filets.  The one that was over the harvest limit was only over by an inch so caught nothing huge.  Only caught three females.  Regardless, we had a good time.  The cabin was great, as always.  Water is up at least two feet from last year.  The “snot” grass is getting bad.  The hydrlla is fine.  As always, the lake produced…just had to work a little harder this time with the weather changes.
