To make this an “official” fishing report, I showed up on Saturday about 11am, bank fished for about 15 minutes and didn’t catch a darn thing!
On a positive note, Private Water Fishing held the annual fish fry and it was a good time! Thanks to Steve & Keri for holding it and to Seth, Brian, Kyle, Kyle’s Better Half (sorry, missed her name!) Morgan and others whose names I missed for making it happen! The food was excellent; thanks again to all who worked so hard to prepare and serve it!
As a new member it was good to put some faces with names and meet some like-minded people who enjoy all the club has to offer. Meeting some of the property owners (Joe, Coleman, Jerry, Marsha) was a bonus; nice people all! My wife (Karen) and I enjoyed the fellowship, touring the property, making some new fishing buddies, and the demo of the electric shocking boat.
We look forward to making more friends in the coming year and are already looking forward to next year’s fish fry!

It was a great event. I wish the wind would have laid down for some fishing in the morning. It was great to meet some of the members and have a great meal.
