Fished this property on Saturday April 12th after leaving the Moto GP race in Austin from 4 pm to 8 pm with my brother and his son,
Surface conditions were in the low 80s with partly cloudy skies and a stiff south wind.

We fished the lower half of the lake away from the dam and caught 15 fish all in the 1½ pounds or less range. We missed about the same amount. My nephew did catch one fish over 3 pounds. We caught some fish on white spinner baits and creature baits. We fished from the bank due to the wind and targeted the visible structure where we had most of our hook-ups.

This was a really nice and peaceful lake with lots of shade and over hanging trees. If I'm ever in the area again, I would love to fish the property again for a longer time to really dissect the visible structure to hook into a big one.
