Fry
A guest and I fished the morning of 5/4 from 7:30 - noon. We caught a total of about 40 bass.
We each caught one that was about 14 - 15”. The rest were about 8 - 12”. We caught them on a popper, shallow crankbaits, baby Brush Hogs, swim baits, hollow frogs, and a jig.
My friend caught most of his on a silver/black Rapala minnow and the baby Brush Hog in watermelon/gold. I caught most of mine on a 4” shad swim bait and square bill crankbaits.
Caught a few in the timber on the Brush Hog and a jig. It was a beautiful bluebird sky day and a beautiful lake. We each caught one on hollow frogs in the lagoon.
There may be bigger fish in this lake, but we didn’t find them this day.
