Member Lou Lawrence and I fished Thompson Ranch in the morning on May 24. We had good activity for most of the time. About 25 boated between the two of us over about 4 hours. Most in the 2lb range with a few in the 3-4lb range. I caught my best so far on a private lake at 10.14lb. See attached picture. None were harvested. All were released. Caught the big one on a 6inch Senko (Green Pumpkin). The water level was good and that was before this week of constant rain.

Was hoping for the title of great day at Thompson Ranch. Congratulations on your personal best. That small lake has produced several personal bests for our members. While not a personal best, the first fish I caught, on the first day I fished the lake produced a 7 lb fish for me. The lake has some big fish.
