Fished a day and a half. Caught 80 fish on sat between 4 anglers. Senkos, chatter, and some morning top water on buzz frog.  Only harvested 2. They all seemed to be in the 3-3.5 lb range but fought like 5lbers.  Great quality fish   Biggest were between 4-4.75. We had 9 total in this range (kicker fish) we tend to keep a much closer count on anything over 4lb.  Surprisingly we didn’t catch anything bigger but one of us had a monster on and got broken off. Both anglers on the boat saw the fish come completely our of the water and say it was an 8lber or bigger. I know they are in there. Personally I have caught a 7 there and know others who have caught an 8lber. We have seen a DD fish spit a chatter as it came completely out of the water but that was 2 yrs ago. This is a quality fishery that deserves at least a trip out if you haven’t done so yet.
