We had a good weekend of fishing at Hidden springs.  Had a small group of 9 of us and only 4 of us fished.  We used the bass tracker and the jon boat.

We caught 80 fish in the 3 days we were there and harvested all of them except 7 decent fish.  My 9 year old daughter killed them on a buzz bait and had a great time catching fish.

We had issues with both boats.  The trolling motors on both boats died before lunch on separate days.  The ranch hand Frank came and rescued us from the back of the cove which was helpful, but it really hurt our fishing time.

Had a great experience and a wonderful location.  I highly recommend this place if you want to catch fish.  Most of them were very small but we knew this heading there…
