Fished two of the larger ponds on Saturday, June 19 with my son.  Temperature was mid to upper 70’s w/ slight overcast until 11:30, when the clouds burned off and the temp moved up to the 90’s.  Water was quite dark, but clear.
Property is clean and the banks are well trimmed to allow for bank fishing.  Good vegetation and abundance of dragonflies, grasshoppers, and some crawfish.
Landowners are friendly and appear glad to have someone fishing the property.  However, fishing was quite poor, with Scott and I pulling in a total of 5 fish up to 3lbs, in 5 hours.
Also, we noticed that several of the fish appeared to have parasites around the lower jaw and gills.  Definitely need to have a small boat (hand launch)to adequately fish these ponds.
