Fished Van Alstyne Saturday morning from 5:45am to 11:30am.  Caught some healthy fish in the 2-3lbs range on white buzzbait at northern end of lake as the sun was coming up.  Later in they day I caught my biggest on a watermelon fluke, 4.7lbs.  An hour later caught another nice fish on the fluke, this time 3.2 lbs.  This being my 2nd trip to this lake, I did much better this time than the 1st, with much better quality fish.
