Fished from 730 to 5 caught 11 bass biggest maybe 3 lbs. Spent some time locating the brushpiles found the one in front of the house landed big crappie on first drop of a jig and thought was gonna nail them. Only one i caught unfortunately never could locate ones between damn and point probably spent little too much time on one I found. Caught dozen small bream and few bass on crappie jig on brushpile in front of house May need to invest in better electronics. When coming in for lunch had a huge fish boil at my fluke near the docks didnt look like a boil bass would produce possibly big catfish? Anyway fished with stinkbait little bit no takers. Fairly tough day overall.

That’s why they call it fishing. I have a little cheap hummingbird graph I paid about 150 bucks for. It clearly marked the one in front of house but couldn’t find the others probably would have caught more bass had fished for them little harder. Water was 87 degrees that brushpile only about 10 ft of water crappie may have been deeper. Did catch several bass of the brushpile in front of house including the 3 pounder
