Another member and I fished Black Hat Thursday morning for the first time and really enjoyed the property.Caught 24 bass of which 18 were over 14" and very healthy.The largest was 4 1/4 lbs.Our fish were on flukes,worms and wacky rigs,with nothing on any type of crank baits nor spinners.

Also caught three catfish.One on a wacky worm,one on a texas rig worm and one on the last piece of chicken from a sandwitch.

There are not many places to target for bass.
