Jayson Dunston and I spent the morning at Clymer.  We fished a number of baits, but had most of our success with watermelon colored soft plastics.  We landed 30+ bass ranging between 2 and 5 pounds.  We also caught a couple healthy crappie and a random blue gill.

Boat access is difficult as there is no easy place to launch and water depth is quite shallow for the first 30 or so yards.  Once you are through the thick stuff, there are a number of ridges you can fish with success.

Water level seemed a bit down, but not extreme. The launch is very difficult, and casting to the bank (unless with a frog) is also not possible as grass growth is 20-40 yards on enire perimeter and grass at surface or just inches below around perimeter too

Great numbers but some grass carp could make this place even better.
