I fished this property for two days, but the day before there was a significant amount of rain so the fish were not biting.

I was able to run the entire property and here is what I found:

- There is not much bottom structure; depth varies from 2-14 ft
- Deepest part appears to be directly across from the launch site, on the far bank about 200 yrds
- I did not find the docks until the second day; they are all the way on the other side of the lake from the launch site; I was not able to fish the docks since they were having an open house that day.
- There are plenty of cypress trees, but I could not get any bites
- The john boat needs major repairs to the transom, but the smaller plastic/fiberglass boat worked well

John:  I did send you an e-mail.  I was just visiting Houston (wife was taking a class near Humble) so I went fishing.  If you are ever in the San Antonio area, left me know (wfetech@2fastmail.com)
