Had a very good outing @ Black Hat . Went out mainly for crappie , so I took plenty of crappie jigs and a bottle of

crappie candy . This stuff really works! Crappie really loved it , and so do the catfish! Glad I took my landing net .

Bass were hitting well on small crankbaits and jerkbaits . Wind came up around midday making it impossible to keep

boat in one place . Finished the day with 16 crappie, 4 catfish and 7 bass to 4lbs. Over all a good day on the lake

despite the wind!
