I love this lake and I love the Fog!! Started the morning at mid-lake, caught three bass my first three casts! Knew I was in for

a good day. Was using a pink jerkbait, and the fish could'nt get enough of it! Swiched over to a white/green jerkbait, same story!

Saw some topwater action behind me, threw a white/red curly tail grub back there and caught my first 5lb of the day! Kept throwing

the jig and they kept eating it! Swiched back to the pink jerkbait and immediately caught a 7lb bass on it! Spent the morning going

back and forth between those three baits. As long as the fog lasted I could'nt miss! Finished the morning with a total of 17 bass, only

1 of which was under 14" inches. In the end, I caught one over 7lbs., one over 6lbs., two over 5lbs., and the rest were between

21/2- 5lbs. I only took pictures of the two biggest fish, (bad pictures) so see for yourself! Definately a good morning by Any Standards!

Joel,

You are having a great few weeks. A 10 lb fish at Weston last month and these two studs at Black Hat!

Now, remember that the 10lb fish @ weston was in June; But you're right, I do seem to be having a good run of trips this fall/winter!

Hope it keeps up! BTW. if any other members would like to do a 1/2 day weekdays with me, just give me a call @ 214-232-9997.

We'll see if the luck rubs off!
