With more than 50 properties; we are bound to lose one once inwhile. We typically lose 1 to 2 leases each year and add 3 to 5 per year. Our best year we added 11 new properties. We lose most leases when the property sells and the new owner is not interested in re-newing our lease. This is the case at Horse Creek Ranch in Sulpher Springs. The new buyer is a cash buyer, so the closing is quick. Horse creek is a numbers lake with reports of over 150 in a day for a twosome. If you love this place you may want to get out soon.
