Four of us fished Lake Julian on Friday afternoon.  Weather was nice and the wind was calm.  We managed to catch 29 fish in about four hours of fishing.  For some reason we had a lot of misses on our soft plastics.  I would say we had at least as many fish that came off the hook as ones we put in the boat.  Weather was in the mid 60's with a light wind out of the North.
