Great trip. Lake was full and beautiful…hardly any weed beds along the banks like last June. The weather was crazy…changing every two hours. Thick fog in am..then clear…then heavy rain/hail/lighting in afternoon. Literally got blown off the lake twice. Now about the fishing…we caught a total of 85 bass and 70 crappie….about 20-25 bass under 16 inches but none were under 12 inches…largest was 6lbs and 10-12 were 4-5lbs. Mostly caught on top water along the banks using silver Zara Spooks and torpedos….Ribbit Frogs worked well also. Caught some others using white flukes on weighted hooks with spinner and a few on silver rattle traps. The far end of the two arms didn't produce much. Most of the crappie were caught at the pipe and the trees at the north end of the dam.

What did you catch the Crappie on? Is the new restroom nice? House now improved some?
