Enjoyed an overcast, calm morning of fishing at Upper Hart.  Road in was fair-good, pond was over-flowing & fairly clear - water temp 72.  Good action all morning on dark spinner baits, worms, and jerk baits in the weed beds & on submerged fence row - all close to deeper water.  Really slow on topwater for some reason.  Weeds were thick, but manageable, in the upper end - no issues in deeper water.  Total catch for two of us - 40+, about half were under 14”, the biggest was 3.5 pounds.  Good fun, never made it to Lower Hart - maybe next time!

Mike,

Thanks for being a first time poster. Hope you will post again!

We are harvesting fish on Upper Hart. Were you able to remove any of those sub 14 inch fish?
