Fished in the morning here a couple of days ago.  It was exremely hot as there was absolutely no breeze of any kind blowing.  Took my new kayak (Ocean Kayak Big Game II) for a trial fish and was super pleased with it.   Caught a couple of nice fish on topwater as soon as I got there against the rock wall across from the boat ramp and to the left.  Got the fly rod out and caught a couple of more and fished soft plastics after that with little success.  Ended up with 7 total with 4 of them culls.  Had to give up about 11 because of the heat.
