Great day to go fishing….so I did. I fished afternoon trip today….decided to concentrate on crappie. Water temp was a cool 45 degrees with the wind at 10-15 and breezy most of the afternoon. It did not take long to locate some in 8-9' of water using slab bandit jig black/ chartreuse being best color. I did catch several slab crappie up to 15" long. Ended up harvesting 34….good day!
