Fished this property on Feb 3 from 8-3 with s break for lunch. 

Conditions:

Windy 10-15 in the open areas. 

Temps;

Air : 37-55

Water: 49-51

Water color was good with about 3 ft of visibility 

Property is completely full. 

I caught 30 with over 20 caught on a med/ shallow square-billed crank bait in a smokey pearl color. The others were caught on a rattle trap in sexy shad colors. Most were in the 2-3 lb range and were aggressive. The largest was 5 1/2 lbs and measured 22" (entered into the contest). I am planning to return on Sunday (recording the Super Bowl). The two boats look to be in good condition, but I used my kayak. If anyone is interested in joining me, let me know.
