Member Brad Ogle and I had some success, but had to work hard as fish were scattered. Fished from 8 am to 4 pm. Caught 17 total with 4 overs. Largest 4.6 and the rest of the overs were in the 3 pound class. Worms and lizards both produced.  Brad had a larger fish come unbuttoned on the way back to the boat that may have been in the 8 pound class near the dam / spillway. We got a good look at her anyway. Air temps started at 39 and went to 70 with little winds. Many beds were observed, but due to the 39 degrees, the fish had pulled off of the beds. No crappie, but we did not fish for them. This is a beautiful property and worthy of a trip if you have not been here.
