Partner and I fished Sat., March 19th from 8 - 4.  Wind blew constantly, between 20 - 25, whitecaps on the main body.  Visibility less than 12".  Caught 8.  Largest at 4.5 lbs caught on the north end of the dam on a hula popper around 9:30 -the only hit on a topwater.  The rest were 2 - 3.5 lbs, with 4 of those caught on chartreuse/white spinner.  Except for the one off the dam, all were in deeper water, fishing over the weeds.  No sign of a spawn.  Nothing on flukes, senkos, jigs, or creatures.  Caught one on a silver rattle trap.  Most were caught in the area to the right of the boat dock, but that is where we had to spend most of the day due to the wind.
