Hello All!
I fished with a guest on Friday the 24th at Yates Place and had a fantastic time with my friend and guest, catching lots of bass-quality and quantity!
My guest caught a 10lber and a 7lber! We probably caught 30 fish and most were in the 3-5lb range-what a beautiful and well-managed property and lake!
We will be back for sure! This place is awesome!

This lake has produced as many 7+ plus bass as any lake in the club this year. I personally caught a 9.12 in February and now a 10 lb fish. Since May this lake has had less than a dozen reservations. With the recent addition of first class lodging this place should book up for the Fall.
