My 16 year old and I fished the property.  I haven't been to this lake in about a year or so.  It looks totally different.  The last time lake was probably 50% full.  It is now completely full. 

Water quality was great, 82 degrees and weeds were not an issue at all.  We used all kinds of baits today and never saw any coontail.  We caught 15 total from 3-7pm.  Wacky and t-rigs caught most of them.  Son caught a couple on a frog and missed quite a few. All of the bass were 15" or better and good fights.  My son did have a bigger one on a t-rig, but it spit the hook before we could get eyes on him.

Suggest giving this one a try while at full pool.  Very pretty property and very fishable.
