I fished this property 2 - 7 PM on June 17th and returned to fish the next morning from 6:30 - noon.

On the 17th, it was sunny, air temps were 91-96, buy there was a nice wind. On the 18th it started sunny with barely a breeze, but around 8:30 the clouds rolled in and a nice steady wind started.

Over the entire period, I caught over 35 and culled 17 of those.  I found a solid pattern of fishing the outside grass line edge where it has a depth of 6-12 ft.  I kept trading off between a rattle trap and a medium diving crank.  This pattern only appeared to be effective on the large flat area on the side completely opposite from the dam.

Colors that worked for me:

- sexy shad

- gold and black

- red/green/black

I did not find anything in the cove across from the launch point and nothing deep.  I did run the entire perimeter throwing various top water lures (frog, paddle tail, popper, buzz) and I might have had one short strike.

Water clarity is 4-6 ft and the water is still flowing done the creek to the lower tank.
