Fished the new property with my son this morning.  Good looking property as described.  Water is very clear.  3-4 ft visibility.  Deep water by the dam and the channel in the middle.  Quite a bit of shallow flats that we did not fish.  Weeds are fair at this point in the summer.  Quite a bit of open water.  We stuck to weedless.  My son caught quite a few on Tx rig and weightless fluke baits.  I did about the same.  Probably in the 12-14 fish total, we culled three. 

Good propoerty for the kids..  Easy roads and launch as well.
