We found the first PWF sign on Elm Creek road but never saw the second. We saw a sign "Lake" and took that road. Found water, found a boat and really found the fish. Got there at 2PM and 100 degrees. Put on the Buff Headwear and cushions on the jon boat seats. Thanks to advice of Bill Fetech we went right after we launched and started catching fish. Stopped fishing at 8pm as I knew my son in law could not clean 30 bass by himself. We released another 25 Bass that ranged from 14 to 22 inches. The largest of the day I guessed at 6+ pounds caught on a red shad senko with a brass worm spinner screwed in the head fished wacky style. Caught fish on red shad, watermelon flukes and sexy shad cranks. Around 7pm after we had 30 fish in the cooler we switched over to Ribbit 4" bull frogs on 4/0 Double take hooks. this was a challenge for my son in law as his first time throwing frogs. I couldn't stop him from the action to instant reaction. We had tons of blow ups in cove across the lake from dam. Ended up with 5 on ribbits largest around 4 pounds. I love clear water fishing and clarity was 20 feet. I could watch the bass swiping at the sexy shad cranks. We saw two monster bass chasing bluegills over by the dock, 10 feet off shore. These are Big Bass contest winners. Here is a photo of my son in law personal best fish ever.

Robert. You found it. Glad to see you caught fish and my reports were helpful.
