Fished late from 4:30 - 8:30 to avoid the heat.  My first trip to 9G.  Beautiful property!  Lake looked like it was about 2 feet low (based on muddy banks).  Water temp was 91 -93.  I focused on topwater action.  Caught about 8, including 3 dinks.  All on a Yellow Magic.  Two biggest were a 3.6 and a 4.7.   I lost another larger fish just under the boat .  Gotta love the topwater bite!  Even the little guys hit hard.

I tried a Whopper Plopper for the first time.  Great action, but no bites.  Mixed in a blue senko, that caught 1 dink.  Caught the 3.6 on the SW end bank and most others along the dam near the rocks.  I will be back.  Thank you 9G!
