Fry
Partner and I Fished Sat morning. Extremely disappointed that it was cloudy with a light breeze and in the 70's and 80's v. 107 degrees. Caught around 30, the majority of which were under 10 inches. Largest about 2.5. Wacky wormed senkos did the most damage, but caught some on spinners, swim baits and jigs. No luck on topwaters. Most were caught within 12 feet of the bank, anywhere on the lake. The few larger ones hit crawfish jigs and as I was taking the hook out of one it spit out a live crawfish that it had recently eaten. Weeds are not a problem.
We stayed in the cabin Friday night. It's a nice set-up and now has HVAC - no problem keeping it cool.
