Arrived a bit after sunrise, started at 7:20am and fished all day till 4:45 with a few breaks for lunch. My partner and I fished from kayaks. Day was sunny and slight breeze filled in from the North 5-10mph. We fished the entire lake but most success was on the west finger where the trees are stacked tight. We caught between 40-50 on the day with 7 dinks harvested. We mainly used soft plastic swim baits(texas rigged).  Expect to get hung up on the timber but we were able to get released on most occasion. I would recommend braid here. Fish seemed pretty indifferent at first but as the day wore on we got better at recognizing the pattern as the bass were staging further up the creeks and coves. Caught several larger bass between 4-5lbs in both the shallows and deeper water out by the larger timber(center lake). Majority of the bass were 2-3 lbs and appeared very healthy. Great day and will come back again!
