Fished Hidden Springs on Saturday 2/11 in the PM with member Brian Burks. This was our first time to fish this lake but had read plenty about it. The property is beautiful and impeccably maintained. We ended up culling 30 bass and 1 crappie. We caught probably 30 more that were barely over the slot. We did manage to catch 15 or so decent fish and a couple of giants, but, they too were really skinny. Biggest was 8-2 and we had a 6-1 and a 5-15. All should have weighed at least a pound if not a pound and a half more. At the end of the day, I had a good fish about 4lbs hammer a buzz bait. That was a great way to finish.
