Fished Tarpley Feb 25th from 8am - 5pm. Landed five over 14" with the biggest being right at 3lbs One of the bigger fish was a hybrid striper.that came loose right at the boat in front of the fish feeder. Culled 3 under 14", and probably hooked and lost 6-8 more. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT overlook the small lake below the dam! My son whacked a 2 1/2 pounder in there on a white spinnerbait. On the way out we met the landowners grandson who said his brother nailed a 10lb out of the small lake below the dam! It was windy as heck in the morning with most fish coming on a Strike King Pro Model medium diver in chili craw in the cove to the left of the ramp, or the bank across from the ramp where the fish feeder is at.. After lunch the wind died down quite a bit, and we caught all of the larger fish on white tandem blade willowleaf/colorado spinnerbaits on the main lake point with all of the small stickups that run 50 yards out into the middle of the lake. Filled out survey as requested.
