Took a chance on the rain on 3/11 in the morning, and I'm glad I did.  Light rain early, but it let up.  I fished several baits early on but didn't even get a strike until I switched to a motor oil TR Power Worm.  Caught 10 in 2 hours, largest about 5 lbs.  Fished almost exclusively upstream from the dock.  Caught 3 dinks way upstream almost to the bridge, 4 nice fish along the steep bank opposite the dock, and 3 fish right at the dock on the gravel boat launch.  All on Motor Oil TRPW.  These fish are interesting at Kyle.  I've been 4 times, and each time they would only bite pretty much exclusively one thing:  Once rattle traps, once spinner baits, once top water, and once TRPW (and ONLY motor oil).  I can usually find a bait that works pretty consistently at properties, but not here.  You've got to figure out what bait is working, and once you do, stick with it.
