Two of us fished Tue and 1/2 day Wed and caught 9 bass total ranging from one dink to one that was 4 lb 7 (topwater).  All the others were 16-18".  Tue was 40 degrees at 8 am, warming up to low 70's, but windy. Wed was 47 at 8 am and not as windy.  Threw everything at the bass (lizards, flukes, worms, cranks, grub tails and spinners) but they were not in the mood.  Did catch three on spinners.  We were here in April last year and had a killer day.  Maybe a little too early this trip.
