A guest and myself fished Yates Place on April 1st and we stayed in the awesome house on the lake on the 31st of March.

We did not have mother nature on our side that day but had a terrific time…it was sunny but very windy.  We caught about 15 bass in total, and kept about 7 of them under 14".

The best was at about 3.5 pounds and all were caught on 10" Berkley Power Worms.  We fished all depths and it was just not our day to catch "the big one".

Dwayne and Kay were awesome as usual and the lodging and trip was second to none!  I love this place and will be back:)
